This photo session took place in the family home. Austin was a very cute and very squidgy little bundle and he had one very cool big brother. Dexter was extremely clever and during the photo session taught me more dinosaur names than I could ever remember... I definitely need to brush up on my prehistoric knowledge :) 

I'm sure I keep on saying this...but this is one of my fave newborn shoots to date...

Baby Rafe was utterly gorgeous and I love his name (any Ben Affleck or Pearl Habour fan will too!!). Vicky and Ashley have a beautifully decorated home with incredible lighting. Everything just fell so nicely together to make this photo session a dream....including Dexter the Springer Spaniel who was just so loving and gentle with his family's new addition.

Autumn is by far one of my favourite times of year and when I client chooses the perfect leafy, picturesque location....everything just works. Hughenden Valley you spoiled us with your glorious sunshine and a rainbow of orange leafy trees. 

After getting home from my family holiday and finally catching up on all the washing, I have been so busy! Catching up on emails and editing has been tough work. But finally I am there. Business seems to be booming for 2016 weddings which is just amazing :)

...and on top of all things good, I got to photograph this lovely little cherub. Meet baby Harry, weighing in at a little of 9lb at 4 weeks old. This photo session took place on Harry's due date which made it extra special. The little guy was born 4 weeks early and after a few little scares that he gave his Mummy and Daddy he is now flourishing. He was literally the cutest little bundle ever and so so soooo well behaved. 

The holiday blues are finally starting to subside ... well almost!! I'm trawling the travel agents for a winter retreat so thats making me feel a little bit better and at least I have captured every moment in photographs of another fantastic family holiday. 

I absolutely love going on holiday, life is so busy for us all and we spend most our days stressed and consumed in things that aren't really all that important, bills, appointments, shopping trips etc, etc .... etc!!! I think we are all a little guilty of not paying our family the attention it deserves. I love my children more than anything in the world and anything that means I get to spend 11 devoted days with them is bliss.....
